New Day Office is a contract furniture dealership located in the Harbour View area of Suffolk, Virginia.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager for projects located throughout the United States. Projects will include work in commercial, health care, and government settings.
Travel rate is 20%.
This team member must be a high-energy professional who is self-motivated, has project management experience along with strong written and verbal communication, mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Candidate must have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and develop and maintain regular updates and communicate project timelines with Customer and Management.
The project manager will be responsible for managing projects from award to closeout.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: contract reviews, design review, client/owner interface/development, schedules, safety plans, purchasing and tracking orders, change orders, billing, cost tracking, managing sub-contractors, completing punch lists, and project closeout. In collaboration with senior leadership, the project manager will lead the proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of project bottlenecks and risks.
